1. Information We Collect

Personal Information
When you create an account using Email, Google, or Apple, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and your Date of Birth (strictly to verify age requirements).

User-Generated Content
We collect the photos, videos, and text content that you upload or share within the App.

Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information such as your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), IP address, app interactions, and crash logs.

2. Device Permissions

• Camera & Photo Library: To capture, upload, and save photos and videos.
• Notifications: To notify you about trip activity, invitations, and updates.
• Tracking: To provide personalized ads (you can opt out via your device's App Tracking Transparency settings).

You can control or disable these permissions anytime through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Enable shared folders and real-time collaboration
• Provide core app functionality
• Send important notifications and authentication emails
• Improve app performance and fix issues
• Display relevant and personalized advertisements

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. However, we use trusted third-party services to operate our app:

• Apple & Google: For secure user authentication.
• Google Firebase: For database hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications.
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
• Google Drive API & Cloudflare R2: For secure storage and delivery of uploaded content and thumbnails.
• Resend: For delivering secure verification emails (OTPs).

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the App:
Navigate to Profile → Delete Account.

When requested:

• Your profile data is permanently removed.
• Your uploaded media, thumbnails, and files are deleted.
• Authentication data is revoked.

(Note: Some data may be retained temporarily purely for legal, security, or server backup purposes).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We actively verify age during registration and do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your region, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data
• Withdraw consent for tracking
