Cancellation & Refund Policy for iPic

iPic is a digital photo storage and sharing service operated by The Urban Epic. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for iPic subscription plans.

1. Digital Service

iPic provides digital subscription plans for app features and cloud storage. No physical product is shipped, so shipping, return pickup, and physical return policies do not apply.

Because iPic is a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid plan is activated.

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days after we receive the required payment details. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the approval date.

After the refund is initiated, the amount may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or wallet provider. If the refund does not reflect after this period, contact us with your registered email address and payment reference ID.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or change your iPic plan, the available features and storage limits may change according to the selected plan. Any billing adjustment will depend on the payment platform used for the subscription.
